This policy explains what we do with the information you send us when you request a quote, ask a technical question or place an order with HZS Global. We keep it short, because we collect very little and we do not sell any of it.

Only what you choose to give us: your name, company, country, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and whatever you tell us about your project - plant capacity, site conditions, budget, timeline, drawings or photos. If you send a message through the form on this site, that message reaches us by email.
Like most websites we also record standard technical data - pages visited, approximate country, device type and referring source - through Google Analytics and Cloudflare. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange production, shipping and after-sales support, and to keep a record of the conversation so you do not have to repeat yourself. That is all. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Only where it is needed to serve you: our freight forwarders and customs brokers (for shipping documents), and the courier or inspection company you or we appoint. Where a third party is involved, we share the minimum information required - usually company name, address and contact person. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so.
Quotation and order records are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty, tax and customs purposes. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, write to us and we will remove it unless we are required to retain it by law.
This site uses a small number of cookies for analytics and to remember your language choice. They do not identify you. You can block or delete them in your browser settings; the site will still work.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and change the date at the top. Questions about any of the above are welcome - ask us directly and we will answer in plain language.
